Blissfully Blue Smoothie Recipe

Makes 2 servings

1 cup frozen organic wild blueberries

1 banana

2 tablespoons unsalted almond butter

3 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 tablespoon flax seed oil

1 cup almond milk or any nut milk

2 dates

Put all the ingredients in a Vitamix or any high performance blender and blend til smooth.
